A transformative summer with a formative crew. King Jack explores a depressed upstate NY town & its potential for violence. It's the summer before high school & Jack is eager to prove his masculinity. The design was inspired by a bruised color palette. The working class blues of peeling paint & industrial decades passed, red carpet stains & hazy summer greens contain us in a search for community against abandonment.
